Ergéa UK and Oxford University Hospitals
Ergéa UK has worked with Oxford University Hospitals since 2021, starting with radiotherapy. In 2025 the partnership was extended to diagnostic imaging, as part of a programme to modernise radiology equipment at the John Radcliffe and the Churchill.
- 01
A new MRI scanner
At the John Radcliffe, able to scan up to 600 patients a month, with shorter scan times and better image quality — particularly for neurological imaging.
- 02
A new SPECT/CT gamma camera
Also at the John Radcliffe, adding CT to nuclear medicine imaging, which helps especially in oncology and paediatrics.
- 03
A refurbished Nuclear Medicine Department
At the John Radcliffe, completed alongside the new gamma camera.
- 04
More to come
The programme also includes neurology bi-plane fluoroscopy in the John Radcliffe’s West Wing and a PET/CT scanner at the Churchill.
